Terms of Service

Effective July 3, 2026 · The Track sites — trackmat.net, trackbjj.net, trackopenmat.net, and trackbjjseminars.net — are operated by Olympic Network Services LLC (“we”).

1. The service

The Track sites organize Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competition information, athlete profiles, school & open-mat listings, and seminar listings. The service is currently offered free of charge during its public beta. Using the sites means you accept these terms.

2. Accounts

Sign-in is via Google. You're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Your submissions

You may submit content (school details, schedules, seminars, RSVPs, profile claims). You confirm your submissions are accurate and that you have the right to post them — claim only schools you own or manage, and profiles that are yours (or your child's). You grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute submitted content on the Track sites. Submissions pass an automated review and may be edited, held, or removed at our discretion.

4. Acceptable use

Don't: impersonate others or claim listings you don't control; post unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content; scrape at volumes that degrade the service; probe or disrupt security; or use the sites to spam.

5. Competition data — accuracy

Results, registrations, brackets, rankings, and derived statistics (including ratings) are compiled from public sources and automated matching. They may contain errors or lag behind official records. Tournament organizations' official records control. Report errors to info@trackbjj.net and we'll correct them.

6. Seminars, RSVPs & events

Seminar and open-mat listings are provided by their hosts. We're not a party to any event: pricing, scheduling, cancellation, refunds, and safety are between you and the host. An RSVP on our site is a headcount, not a contract or a payment.

7. Disclaimers

The sites are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and features may change or be discontinued during beta.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Track sites and their operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits/data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnity

You'll indemnify us against claims arising from your submissions or your breach of these terms.

10. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; continued use after an update is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
