Privacy Policy

Effective July 3, 2026 · The Track sites — trackmat.net, trackbjj.net, trackopenmat.net, and trackbjjseminars.net — are operated by Olympic Network Services LLC (“we”).

What we collect

• Account info. If you sign in (via Google), we receive your email address and store it with your account.
• Things you submit. Profile claims, school listings and schedules, seminar listings, seminar RSVPs (name + email), watch lists, and feedback you send us.
• Push subscriptions. If you enable notifications, we store the browser push token needed to deliver them.
• Technical basics. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) used for security and debugging.

Public competition data

The Track sites organize publicly available Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competition information — registrations, brackets, and results published by tournament organizations (e.g., IBJJF, Smoothcomp-hosted events). Athlete profiles are assembled from these public records. If a profile is about you (or your child) and you want it corrected or removed, email us and we'll take care of it.

How we use information

• To run the sites: show profiles, schedules, listings, and live tournament tracking.
• To deliver notifications you asked for.
• To review user submissions before publication (submissions are screened by an automated AI review; borderline items are checked by a human).
• To keep the sites secure and fix problems.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Service providers

We use a small set of processors to operate the sites: Supabase (database & authentication), Render (hosting), Cloudflare (DNS/delivery), Google (sign-in), Anthropic (automated submission review), and ForwardEmail (transactional email). Payments, if introduced later, would be processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers.

Children

Youth competition results appear on the sites because they are published publicly by tournament organizations. We don't knowingly collect accounts from children under 13. Parents/guardians may contact us to correct or remove a minor's profile information.

Retention & your choices

• Account data is kept while your account exists; email us to delete your account.
• You can cancel RSVPs, unclaim listings, and disable push notifications at any time.
• You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data — we honor these requests regardless of where you live.
